The Site Supervisor Assessment (SSA) is a formal process that evaluates a supervisor’s technical knowledge, practical skills, leadership abilities, and decision-making capacity in managing construction projects. 

This assessment consist of multiple-choice questions that test candidate's knownledge, skills, and ability to apply their expertise in real-world scenarios.

The SSA assessment has one section:

  1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs): This section evaluates the candidate's knowledge of Site Supervision principles, theories, and best practices.
