Sooner or later most of us will experience some feelings of grief, sadness, downiness, loneliness etc. Some of us refer to this as feeling BLUE.

These feelings are our emotional responses to the highs and lows we go through in our daily lives.

Sometimes, we conclude that what we are feeling is depression. Many of us aren’t quite capable how to distinguish depression from feeling blue, or a temporary emotional funk.

How does one tell the difference? And then, what do you do about it? 

This course gives you the tools to help you overcome and deal with these extreme emotional issues that could impact our long term mental health, cause productivity to decline and even damage relationships.
